I’ve known Victor since 2011. I watched us grow together mentally and spiritually. Victor’s faith never wavered. He was of service to his fellow man and loved Jesus with all his heart. He was a good man and friend. He made a broken world a better place. I love you, my friend. And, Lord Jesus, give Victor a hug for all of us!!
