Sincere Condolences to the McGee Family- Our community has lost a dynamic leader ! My parents were inspired to join Trinity UMC after visiting more than 30 years ago where he served as pastor. I asked him recently if he recalled the motivating sermon - He responded “ I don’t remember the exact sermon but it resulted in a genuine long-lasting friendship “ Our family is eternally grateful for Reverend Robert Mc Gee . Last year he eulogized Don Albert James ( per Don’s request ) despite having other personal commitments. Upon hearing the news of Reverend McGee‘s passing - Mrs. Jean Townsend (Trinity UMC former Minister of Music) mentioned “ Although I’m extremely heartbroken God blessed me to work alongside an amazing leader “ !! Our father has opened the gates to his kingdom to welcome you home for a JOB WELL DONE . Thank you for all you contributed and accomplished while here on earth . Regards- Virginia James Family
