I am so saddened by the passing of Dr.Baxter. He was an amazing cardiologist. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to have him as my doctor. He will truly be missed. May God strengthen his family, patients, co-workers and employees through this time. Dr. Baxter will always be my doctor and I will continue to visit his office when I’m in Texas. Love you always Dr. Baxter
