Chief Julian, Thank you for your six decades of service and being a true trailblazer for the many men and women who followed in your footsteps. The world and HFD was better with you in it. Your commitment to being a leader is unmatched to any person currently wearing any bugles on their collar in a white shirt. Chief, the men and women of District 46 past and present bid you a fond farewell from your earthly assignment and may God bless you in your new heavenly assignment where you are now “the rookie” in his glorious kingdom.
