My heart is broken! I know it is also so for those that worked with Chief Julian, who truly knew the man he was, and whose leadership kept us all together as a family and a team in District 46D. My deepest condolences to Mrs. Julian, his family and friends. Your burden is felt by many. You are not alone.

Chief Julian,
Thank you for your six decades of service and being a true trailblazer for the many men and women who followed in your footsteps. The world and HFD was better with you in it. Your commitment to being a leader is unmatched to any person currently wearing any bugles on their collar in a white shirt. Chief, the men and women of District 46 past and present bid you a fond farewell from your earthly assignment and may God bless you in your new heavenly assignment where you are now “the rookie” in his glorious kingdom.
