My brother Chàrles, Delores Dale Frazier and Family…….. It is without words that I join you in prayer today as you celebrate the home-going of your beloved sister, Carrie Ann Wiley. I realize that at this moment, it may not feel like a celebration but, The Word of God says weep for those coming into the world, and rejoice for the Saints who make their transition from earth to GLORY.
