I remember when we were children growing up you were always like a cousin and a sister to me. I will never forget when we ran into each other in Las Vegas and at the last family reunion those along with other memories will always be cherished. I will love and miss you very much. What a beautiful soul. I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet Elmer. She was a true comfort to me when my mother passed recently. Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry of your loss. I only met cousin Elmer once but she was a beautiful woman inside and out when I did meet her. She will be missed. Your cousin Cecilia and William Brooks. Dorothy Ann Wade first daughter.
