Please accept my condolences for the loss of Earl. We worked together at Houston Methodist Pharmacy for many of his 43 years there, and he was a true leader, role model and mentor to me and to countless others. I have many happy memories to treasure from our experiences together. His service today was lovely and a true joyous homegoing celebration. The Sampson family is and will remain in my prayers for your strength at this time of loss and sadness.

I am so thankful that I had the privilege of knowing you, Earl. I remember being promoted into your manager position at Methodist Hospital, as you were promoted into another position. Later years I remember speaking with you from the infusion center and you would joke that you were going to retire and come work for me part time. Thanks Earl for some great memories!
