My condolences to the family. What I remember most about Mrs. Foster was the family i met when I move to Houston 18 yrs ago. She welcomed me & my family in her home on several occasions. She was such a beautiful person inside & out. Her style was impeccable, bold, intelligent, great conversation and the legacy will continue to live on. She is love and will be missed. My condolences to the family. What I remember most about Mrs. Foster. The Foster's were the 1st family I met when i came to Houston. She welcomed me & my family in her home on several occasions.
