My dear uncle Gilbert, You were my birthday next day buddy. I could always count on a call on mine and I would definitely call you on yours . You were our second daddy and watched over us with love , care and concern . Your strength and guidance help shaped us to be who we are. You and aunt Mary were our mirror parents : you celebrated with us, cried with us and always supported us . I will miss you but I know your heart was to be with Aunt Mary and the other ancestors in Heaven. I know you’re at rest and peace and with that thought I’m grateful . You will definitely be missed, you attended all of our relatives funeral in Dallas. I looked forward to seeing you in Brenham on the 19th of June. How you will be with your wife she left in September and then you in March RIP kin folks.
